Shipping Time
Standard delivery typically takes 10–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system. Tracking emails may occasionally land in spam or junk folders, so we recommend checking there if you do not see it in your inbox.
Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly to check for possible misdelivery or local holding.
While we are always happy to assist where possible, ISALENE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refunds or replacements are not issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
ISALENE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. This aligns with our Returns Policy.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@isalene.com and we will do our best to assist.
Packages are considered lost only after a reasonable carrier investigation period and official confirmation.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages are issued only once loss has been confirmed by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Relationship to Returns Policy
Shipping delays, customs processing, or carrier handling issues do not qualify as product faults under our Returns & Quality Policy.
Only confirmed manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund under our 30-day quality guarantee.
