Returns, Replacements & Warranty

At ISALENE, we want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a manufacturing fault, we're here to help.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund where applicable.

To assist with our assessment, we may request clear photos or videos of the issue.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-day policy covers:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing faults identified within 30 days of delivery

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

2-Year Warranty

Every ISALENE piece is backed by our 2-Year Warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that occur under normal use within two years of delivery.

If your jewelry experiences a covered defect during the warranty period, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

Our Returns Policy and 2-Year Warranty do not cover:

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction with a product's style, appearance, or design

  • Incorrect sizing selected at checkout

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or inadequate care

  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic damage resulting from everyday use

  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or improper cleaning methods

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How To Request Assistance

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within one hour of being placed.

After this time, orders may have entered processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

EU Customers

Customers located in the European Union may be entitled to additional consumer rights under applicable local laws, including a statutory cooling-off period where required.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
